Digitalization comes with several changes to the scientific work environment and with the increased use of smartphones and digital media, researchers in psychology and other quantitative fields are more and more required to work with big data. Our Women in Big Data retreat is directed at young female scientists. Together, we will work on strengthening our confidence and expertise in navigating big data environments.
